AliMed T-Gel Plus Cushion with a Solid Seat Insert Shear-reducing T-Gel pad, medium-resistance T-Foam and a convex bottom closed-cell foam solid seat base are layered together to form a cushion that addresses multiple patient needs. Gel reduces shear forces, while the Solid Seat Insert promotes upright sitting posture without increasing the overall seat cushion height. Cover options include black stretch polyester knit or durable blue nylon that resists incontinence and punctures, with ripstop properties that stop punctures from becoming tears.
