Briggs standard stock shingled narcotic control systems save you time and reduce the chance of lost charges. Each form contains a Pharmacy receipt, control journal and shingled charge tickets with all parts consecutively numbered. Constructed of high-quality NCR stock. As the receipt and charge tickets are completed, a control journal is automatically created.
A. Pharmacy Receipt
Remains with the pharmacist once the drup is dispensed to the nursing station.
B. Charge Tickets
Control numbers on each ticket (which correspond to the Pharmacy Receipt) allow the tracking of all charges.
C. Control Journal
A control journal is automatically created by the nurse each time a drug is administered and a charge ticket is filled out. A record of waste and spoilage can also be documented at the bottom of the Control Journal.
