Protect the integrity of your liquid unit dose medication with plastic, tamper-evident, no-crimp caps for Glass Vials (#18967-18973). Provides a dust-free barrier that prevents contamination to your product. Caps cannot be reattached once removed.
Caps available in White. Please specify color when ordering.
No-Crimp Caps, Glass Vials and Stoppers can be autoclaved at your facility to achieve sterility and cost less than presterilized vials. No need for an expensive crimper to secure these vials.
Build your vials your way and stay within budget! No-Crimp Cap, Glass Vial and Stopper options allow you to choose exactly what you need to meet your liquid medication preparation demands. Eliminates the need to adapt your routine to fit the limitations of pre-packaged products.
Choose from Clear Type I borosilicate glass or Amber USP Type II glass in multiple sizes. Amber vials protect light-sensitive drugs and ensure the integrity of the packaged prescription.
Amber sizes include 10mL, 20mL, 50mL and 100mL. Clear sizes include 7mL, 10mL and 15mL.
Bromobutyl rubber stoppers seal Clear and Amber Glass Vials to protect contents.
Recommended autoclave time for vials is 482F (250C) for 120 minutes; caps and stoppers is 250F (121C) for 45 minutes.
