Triple Display - Simultaneously show high, low and current temperatures. Choose from Fahrenheit or Celsius display.
Sensors - Uses two air sensor probes. 10-foot micro-cable permits refrigerator doors to close on it.
Min/Max Log - Records (MIN) and (MAX) temperature along with time and date for min/max readings and high/low alarm alerts. Thermometer does not store readings.
Programmable Alarm - Alarm is programmable in 0.1 increments. Visual and audible signals continue even if temperature returns to non-alarm range for up to 12 hours.
NIST Certified - To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered Traceable Certificate is provided with each thermometer.
Annual Recalibration is recommended. Recalibration is the customer's responsibility.
Temperature Range - From -58 F to 158 F (-50 C to 70 C) with a resolution of 0.01 and accuracy of 0.30 C.
