The locking mechanism is set by pulling out the pin, adjusting to the desired angle, and then pushing the pin into one of the six positions. Comes with soft, comfortable, and washable Comfy terry cloth cover. Indicated for non-fixed knee contracture, post stroke/CVA, post-surgery and muscle weakness. Fits left or right.
