Features 3/8"H firm ridges to help relieve muscle tightness and enhance ability to target specific trigger points during self-massage. Ridges also provide a stable environment for high-risk users during balance training and add a tactile element to any core strengthening program. Closed cell foam resists dirt and wipes clean, promoting a cleaner appearance longer than with traditional foam rolls. Resists compression for extended wear, even with frequent use. Available in Medium (2 lb. density) or Firm, (4 lb. density.)
