The A-Force Dorsal Night Splint by Active Ankle effectively keeps the foot in a neutral position to relieve pain associated with plantar fasciitis symptoms. This device has a padded inner shell to keep the foot comfortably padded for use in bed. This dorsal night splint helps prevent passive plantar flexion, which causes the morning pain and discomfort associated with plantar fasciitis. The low-profile and lightweight design retains less heat and is more comfortable to wear during sleep, resulting in higher patient compliance. May also be used for severe ankle sprains, foot drop, neurological deficits, achilles tendonitis and muscular strains. Not for ambulation - damage to plastic will occur.Plastic clam shell with a triple-stitched, stretch-resistant strap.
